1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the web hosting services (“Services”) offered by Hostinator.in (“Hostinator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Services, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account Creation and Use

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Ownership and Responsibility
3.1 You retain all ownership rights to your content stored on the Services.
3.2 You are solely responsible for all content stored on the Services, including any intellectual property rights associated with such content.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Backups and Data Loss
4.1 It is your responsibility to regularly back up your data.
4.2 Hostinator is not responsible for any data loss resulting from any cause, including, but not limited to, hardware failure, software errors, or human error.
5. Uptime Guarantee
5.1 Hostinator offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee for its shared hosting plans.
5.2 If the uptime falls below 99.9% in a given month, you may be eligible for a service credit.
5.3 The specific terms and conditions of the uptime guarantee are available on the Hostinator website.
6. Payment and Billing
6.1 You agree to pay the fees for the Services as set forth on the Hostinator website.
6.2 Payment is due on the due date specified in your invoice.
6.3 Hostinator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to make payment.
7. Term and Termination
7.1 These Terms are effective upon your acceptance and will continue until terminated by either you or Hostinator.
7.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Hostinator support.
7.3 Hostinator may terminate your account at its sole discretion for any reason, including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms.
7.4 Upon termination, all data stored on your account will be deleted.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 HOSTINATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.
8.3 HOSTINATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 HOSTINATOR’S LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE PREVIOUS MONTH.
9.2 HOSTINATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hostinator with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
12. Amendments
Hostinator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on its website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing
