Hostinator.in Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all web hosting services (“Services”) offered by Hostinator.in (“Hostinator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Hostinator.in Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 You may cancel your account and request a full refund within 7 days of service for the following plans:

  • PREMIUM
  • BUSINESS
  • CLOUD STARTUP

2.2 After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for these plans.

2.3 Dedicated Servers are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

2.4 To cancel your account and request a refund, please contact Hostinator support.

2.5 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

3. Exceptions to Refund Policy

3.1 The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and other add-on services.
  • Setup fees and any other non-recurring fees.
  • Overages on bandwidth or disk usage.
  • Accounts terminated due to a violation of the Hostinator.in Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Hostinator reserves the right to deny a refund request at its sole discretion.

4. Important Notes

4.1 It is your responsibility to cancel your account before the end of the 7-day refund period if you wish to receive a refund.

4.2 Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

4.3 This Policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
